Donald L. Gibson

personal injury lawyer

Don is a relentless and tireless advocate for his personal injury clients and their loved ones. He takes care of everything in pursuing and litigating your claim, including filling out those endless forms. He allows you to concentrate on your medical treatment, getting well and back on your feet, and hopefully returning to work. Without his professional assistance, you’ll be at the mercy of an insurance company that will either deny liability–and offer no compensation at all–or attempts to settle your claim for the least amount of money possible.

As an aggressive and accomplished trial lawyer, Don has recovered substantial sums of money for clients who have been catastrophically injured, severely disabled or killed as a result of motor vehicle collisions, defectively manufactured products, hazardous conditions on residential and commercial premises, professional negligence, vicious animals, and various other types of general negligence. Don has also argued before the Appeals Court of Massachusetts and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts on behalf of his clients.
